    wooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! down 3-1 in the ALCS with the Cleveland Indians, we never gave up, man. We stuck to it. And then the Rockies ran into an unstoppable buzz saw. Soxtober. Believe it.

    So the BoSox took it all – money, marbles and chalk – in four games. Not a lot of drama, but who cares?

    Ugh, I am *so* tired. Thank Gawd these games are over. Dave, I know you keep odd hours anyway so you probably didn’t mind these late nights, but for a 9 – 5′er they were brutal. … Somebody give me a wake up call at 3:00pm today?

    Bubbly, Uncle D.? I think not. An I.V. of coffee is what I need!

    A whiny winner, how gauche, Gwendolyn. But I am very happy for you, Dave and all of Red Sox Nation. The Sox have now won 8 straight World Series games, very rarified air. Enjoy and celebrate and let this keep you warm during the upcoming harsh New England winter. Once again, big huge congratulations, Gwen.

    Well there was tons more drama in the ALCS than in the World Series, quite similar to what transpired in 2004.

    Heya Gwen, I’m on ‘musician’s hours.’ :) anyway, guess now it’s time for Pats and Celtics to do their thang. We are spoiled here in beantown.

    Yeah, gotta take our drama where we can get it, I expect, and the ALCS provided some jaw-droppers. But all in all I’d say it’s a good thing the Series ended when it did, otherwise I’d have to hospitalize our VP of Graphics for stress/fatigue syndrome. *G*
